Puppet 8 Work is Coming to an End!
Thanks to the teams continued work we are closer than ever to finishing of this piece of work and getting all of our supported modules released with Puppet 8 support.
As it stands the only modules left are Stdlib, for which Lukas has completed the work, waiting only on a community PR to be merged before getting it released and Kubernetes for which I myself have been working on and have nearly ready to go.
Inherited Github Actions
Thanks to the team’s continued work our Inheritated Github Action runs are in a better state than ever!
Their implementation has cut down on the overhead for our work and helped give us the time we need to take care of the important problems.
Deferred Function
Sencha has been putting in the work getting this implemented within our modules and we are proud to announce that not only has Mysql been completed, merely awaiting release to be availible, but Sqlserver is all but done and is just waiting on being merge.
